Getting QOS report in MX-ONE V5

Hi

I trying doing a test to get the QOS report for the MX-ONE.
Using Manager Telephony, there is a setting to start/stop the QOS logging.
Is there additional steps needed to get read QOS logging?
Is the QOS logging part of CIL logging?

Hi

Click on the 'help' button in the MTS/QOS page, it tells you there the MX commands and where the data is stored as XML and how to redirect the data to SQL

Does that means to be able to have QOS logging, I need to have a SQL ready?
The QOS will be forwarded to the SQL and read by MTS?

Have you read the help instructions, it tells you there? (answer is no you do not need SQL),

I have followed the steps on the help instructions.
And also started the QOS logging.
But the log file is always empty even when I made calls with IP phones.
Is there additional settings to be done on the phone?

have you checked the command callinfo_qos_report_set on mxone

this is where you switch on QOS reporting on globally

I've done that command as well.
Below is a printout of the output when I did a callinfo_status_print

Output 9 connected. Recording enabled
Type : file
Subtype : xml
Records/calls queued : 0
Infotype : call
Data base name : /var/opt/eri_sn/call_logging/call_logfile
Default time as : UTC
Newline handling : NL
Output for all (global) data
No heartbeat

It is always empty even when calls are made with IP extensions.
