getting more digits in CDR 2

Hi,

I have succesion cs1k and E1 lines connected to.
the problem is in the CDR reports i got whatever the user dial for example:
if he is dialing 6916922 and by mistake he dialed more digits as 691692222 all digits will come not the original number only.


so this cause a problme if anyone called a bank and enter his account number it will comes to the CDR

how i can fix this problem

You didn't answer the question? I did not say to change it to yes. In order to change it to no you have to INI the switch after teh change.

mrmhar, if your test after lowering the EOD and ODT was to just dial 20 digits in a row, then of course it will not work.

Typically, people dial digits, then wait (at least 256 milliseconds) then enter account information.

I think it did work.

As for OPD, dialing 20 digits in a series results in 20 digits being outpulsed as far as I know.

Another prompt that might help is "NDP" which limits the number of digits output in CDR.

now i have changed the OPD to yes

the E1 route (Route 21) working fine and i didn't get any extra digits
but with the analogue one still i am getting extra digits (route 1)

i did the changes of OPD from NO to yes

it works with Route 21 but didn't work with Route 1

when i change the timer in analogue route it works according to GHTROUT reply.
