Hi guys,
I've noticed the following in my System Monitor for ALL of my SIP Trunk lines.
'SIP Line (XX) GetNetworkTopologySource Use Network Topology badly configured'
I've also attached a screenshot of the Network Topology screen in Manager.
I don't have any service problems. I can dial in/out with no issues at all but I just wanted to understand if the above message is a major problem even when everything is working fine? I know they say if it's not broken, leave it, but I just wanted to be sure. I just have a very basic Home setup with all traffic going through on LAN1. Most of my phones are IP (9611G/9608G).
Re the attached image, I never had anything in the field 'Public IP Address' however I recently input my public IP address to see if this would rectify the problem which it didn't.
My SIP providers say they don't use/require a STUN server - I'm not sure if that is relevant.
Would appreciate any feedback
FYI- IPO Release: 9.1.12 build 213
Cheers.
Thanks, Tim
