To VM soft key on incoming calls.

I need this softkey gone, is this possible? How do I get rid of it?

IPO v9.0.0.0 build 928 w/ 9611G H323

Only one option, set the Voicemail to none in the system> Voicemail area

VM Pro?

If so, change the permissions on the users Account Folder to denied... no voicemail can be left then

So, as I suspected, no way to actually get rid of "To VM" softkey only a work around to not allow anything to be written to the user's VM directory (That shouldn't exist in the first place as I did NOT check the Voicemail on, but that's another story).

Come on Avaya, lets get it right.. simple stuff here, unchecked VM = NO "To VM" softkey on incoming calls, NO VM user in Voicemail period! And no way for visual voice users to record & send internal voicemail.

If you don't want to transfer to VM then don't press the button I would say.
Mach ado about nothing..

My uncle used to coach football. Sometimes a player would say, "Coach it hurts when I do this." My uncle would say, "Then don't do that." Sounds like advice that can be taken for phones as well.

On 9.0 there is an option to remove voicemail on a phone.
You will need to uncheck the visualvoice button and then disable VM on the phones (also a system setting)
If it then still occurs then kick some ass at Avaya :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
