General Delivery keeps answering

I have a CICS I just installed w/cp100. The problem I am having is one I have not seen before. When calling in on the main number (or any number in the huntgroup) the calls will ring into the General delivery after 4 rings. I have the AA set to pick-up at 5 rings, I have checked all the usual suspects, Call fwd. conflict etc. but this one has me stumped. Any ideas??
 
yes there is a phone fna to vm without a mb assigned or lines may primed to vm dn set to ring after 4 rings or ?

If i lived in colorado i would be skiing already.But i dont so its a long 4 weeks till opening day.
 
I cleared the prime set and checked the phones for call fwd. with no v.mail, that does not seem to be the problem, another strange thing thats happening is that the lines continue to ring on the phone after the general delivery picks up, when you try to ans. it justs drops off., I am thinking it might be a software issue with the call pilot.
 
you have a mail box asigned to a ext in the group which is not int, and it is forward in a buz, remove
 
and turn off the general delivery mailbox ,sometimes they forget about it and it can cause the vm to crash.
especially if the general mb is not assingedto a phone.
I usually just assign the receptionist a regular mailbox ...
