g650 with ia770vm, vm not working

have a friend that has a s8300 with the embedded ia770 vm that stoppped working last night. when you call it, you get nothing. when you try to access the webpage for administration, you get the background on the page, but none of the links on the left. have tryed re-booting the system, but that did not help. any other ideas?

Was it a cold reboot or a warm? We had a similar issue with an 8300 and it required three or four cold reboots to get the 770 back online.

prob ended up being a bad network switch port where the medpro board was plugged in. moved it to a working port and all was well.
