G350 to s8710 issue

Quick question (I hope),

I am setting up a G350 to work with our main PBX (s8710). It worked fine when the G350 was plugged directly into the switch. I moved it out to the building and nothing. Ran a test on the Med-Gtwy and got a fail error code 1 on test 1527. Do I need to reset anything on the G350 to get them to link up? the path has been tested and it should be fine. Thanks.

Not really. Just make sure the port it was on before is the same as the one it's at, VLAN stuff, can you ping your gateway, can you ping the entries in show mgc list, etc

Thanks very much. Looks like it was a bad media converter.
