G250 with S8300 LSP major Issue

Hi All,

we have G250 with S8300C as lsp , with S87XX as main server at HQ ,
when user initate the call from HQ to branch ( G250 Lsp) the sppech very ok,

When user at branch initiate the call to HQ , HQ user cant hear the voice from the branch user , but branch user can hear the voice of hQ User

Configuration:
Branch (G250 S8300 Lsp) - Ip-network region 2
HQ - ip-network region 1

Code set - 2 to 1 - G729A
2 to 2 G.711A

i cahgend the codec set still the issue is same

Have you reviewed your speed/duplex settings on ALL of the ethernet interfaces involved in this connection? CLAN's, PMI's, LAN switch ports... and such?

Have you traced the call that fails and verified your codecs?
 
Post a list trace of the stations. look for full packet loss on the trace and check the UDP ports that are being used and make sure they are not blocked in the firewall.
 
It's most likely a LAN/WAN issue, not all UDP ports are being forwarded, is the most likely cause. Check with the data vendor to make sure all ports in the UDP port range definied in the ip-network-region for BOTH sides are being forwarded over the LAN/WAN.
