It is recommended that the number of Call Center Agents per G250 Media Gateway does not exceed the 4 agents for the G250 BRI and Analog configurations. If either the G250 DS1 or DCP configuration is requested, it is recommended that number of Call Center agents per gateway does not exceed 12.
