Fully Justify Text

I am creating an HTML Editor, I have seen several examples, but none of them show how to fully justify text, left centre and right jusification are shown as below, but nothing for full jusification.

ExecuteCommand DECED_JUSTIFYLEFT
ExecuteCommand DECED_JUSTIFYRIGHT
ExecuteCommand DECED_JUSTIFYCENTER

is there an answer to this problem.

I am also wondering - is ther any control to full justify text instead of RichText Control which doesn't support it?
