FTP Issue on MD Disk Tool

Hi All,

I am trying to do a backup with MD Disk Tool, but my FTP connection to the switch is not coming up. It says an FTP connection has not been established.

You need to set up your "account" within MDDisktool by adding the login details (MDUSER/PSWD) in the Customer Database section.

on MDDT go to TOOLS-CDA
You have a List of Customers
Next to FILE is Add a new customer and follow the screens to input the required data

If you have already done this it could be your PSWD is out of date on MDDT if you have changed it on the MD

It's never too late to try something new
