from application number to DDI

Hi all,

There is an issue I want to discuss with you all.
I have a report for a callcenter, where the values are defined as application number. example:
No. Name Off Out Aban ban % SL % CT in T out Time Time Time

11 VOICERUEGRO 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
50 RTL4 2 0 1 50 0 85 0 55 101 0

In this report you can see that the numbers "11 and 50" are application numbers.

Now the question.
Is it possible to convert somehow the application numbers in a formula to DDI numbers?

It has to look like this:
3356 VOICERUEGRO 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
3641 RTL4 2 0 1 50 0 85 0 55 101 0

The numbers "3356 and 3641" are DDI numbers, based on routed phone numbers.

I hope there is an easy way to solve it.

Is there some who can put me on the road again?

A DDI number is a routing phone number.

We have some customers, like BEST DIRECT. They have a national number. People can call to this number and this person will be redirected to us (local). That number is a DDI number.

The next issue I have is: is the new report( about 50 customers) only a few are visible in this report, others have no number displayed.
Strange, because they have all a DDI number.
