FPD26 V2.6a - set century on

hi everyone,

How can I set century on in a permanent mode for each time running foxpro.exe? Do I have to add anything in config.fp?

I used to maintain the database and the problem is if I forgot to set century on before modifying, the date field show only 6 digits yymmdd instead of 8 digits ccyymmdd.

When I made change 05 for the date (dd) so the results of the date field changed from 20031231 to 19001205.

The defautl value for the century in Foxpro is initialized 1900, I guess...

Add century = on to your config.fp

And yes, the default century for FPD is 1900.

You can add the line CENTURY=ON in your config.fpw file in foxpro windows or the config.fp file in foxdos.
