Hey Guys
Our Superintendant's secretary has his extension bridged-appr to her phone to take calls when he is not available to answer. However, she cannot forward the calls to other extensions when she answers his extension. Any help
From the Feature Manual: "If the bridged user has no other available bridged appearance of the primary extension (other than the one he or she is currently on) the bridged user, after pressing the conference/transfer button, must manually select a call appearance to be used for the transfer, before dialing the number"
