Hello,
I've been trying to set up call forwarding to forward unconditionally if a number is called. It keeps going to voicemail without even getting through to the number to be forwarded to. I've tried disabling voicemail only to be presented with a busy tone. The system no answer time is 15 minutes, I've tried using the right shortcodes, yet it just isn't working. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
