Hello

Does anyone know if a divert to a speeddial works in ipo soft 9.0.5 972

Example:

Shortcode 8 = speeddial
In the directory is a number INDEX 888 with external number 0478XXXXXX

When i dial 8888 am calling the number it works

but when i divert a extension to 8888 it doesnt work "the Number is converted but call is not made"

Is it a bug or is it not working

kind regards

I was on the chat with avaya engineer and result is it doennt work :-(

delander (AEG BELGIUM SA/NV): ok can you give an explanation why?

AVAYA: what you can do is, you can create a short code 989/dial/mobile number/outgoing id. i put 989 in the table of unconditional
forwarding for 201 and i dial 201 from another extension and i got call on mobile number

AVAYA: because, after putting 6000 in the forward table, system will look for directory entry then short code then extension
number and it system will not be able to find the 6000 entry in system and hence call will not go to mobile user

AVAYA: system will not be identify what is 6000..

delander (AEG BELGIUM SA/NV): so its not posibol

AVAYA: No.

Tried system shortcode 8XX\8N\Speed dial\50:main(or 0)?
Just dial 888 or set the destination in unconditional forward to 888
