Ok, hopefully I can explain this. I have an Access 2007 database for tracking equipment repairs. I have 1 table that lists the equipment information, one with the work order information and one with the work that has been performed. I use a search form to find the equipment and in a subform show the work orders that concern that piece of equipment. What I have found is that if the subform has more then one entry, and you use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the parent form, it will show the same equipment for ever how many items are listed in the subform. So if the subform shows 3 work orders, then if you use the navigation buttons at the bottom you will have to click 3 times to get to the next piece of equipment. Is there any way to make this stop happening, so when you click the nav buttons it changes to the next piece of equipment?
