I have a macro to insert a text bax at a specific location in my page (along the right hand side, I use it to display graphs). However, I edit lots of text to the left of them, & whenever I delete beyond the top of the page, the text box jumps back & plonks itself over the graphs on my previous page (where the cursor now is..)

Can I anchor the text box to a page, so it remains there no matter what I do with the text. I have tried playing with the anchor tool but can only attach the text box to a paragrapg or text, & not a page.

Any ideas??

i assume u r talking about word xp?
try to right mouseclick the textbox.
go Format text box / Layout / Advanced and specify an absolute position.

Did that help?
