Hey All,
I have the opposite issue to a lot of people, can someone point me in the right direction please?
I have my dial plan setup and if I dial:
9-00-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
9= Outside Line
00=International Prefix
1 = USA
xxx etc = USA Number
This matches USA number so routes via my USA carrier
If I dial:
9-0xx-xxxx-xxxx (for example 020-3000-0000)
This dials a UK landline number. This matches and routes via my UK carrier.
This setup works perfectly.
I just can't work out why if I miss the 9 at the beginning, the number is still routed to Line Group 17. Can someone point me where to look at please, Im guessing its something in Short Codes, I just can't see what I have missed.
Setup is Avaya IP Office 500 V2 running R9.1.8
ARS = 50
Emergency Dialling goes via Line Group 17
UK via Line Group 17
USA Line Group 20
What obvious bit did I miss this time
Thanks All!
