Follow me on an ADN

I'm being an idiot here, I'm sure.

Why can't I get a follow me onto and ADN?

Handset 7967, it "owns" the ADN 1556 which I want to forward to voicemail 1600.

I tried *2*1556*1600# and it doesn't work.

Any ideas please?

Try with *21*1556*1600#

or, push the soft-key of the ADN 1556 on ODN 7967 and dial *21*1600#

I need to set a key to save keystrokes. Lazy receptionists ;o)

from the handset 7967, try pressing the button where the ADN is cofigured and dial *2*1600#

That works fine, no problem. But I have a lazy operator that doesn't want to keep pressing buttons. She wants a key that sets and removes.

no way. you must execute the procedure from the ADN.

so the operator needs to push 2 buttons:

1. the ADN button
2. the set/reset button

Or if you have the right setting for ODN, yoy can divert ODN and ADN will follow.

We have written a patch for this so this is why it works. With "normal" AS it is not possible.
