FNA/FNB only works when caller is forwarded from mainline AA

reports since they moved 2 years ago if someone dials her direct dialed number. Her voice mail does not kick in. If you call the office number then the extension it is accessible.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had thought so. Though I have no idea how it was removed. Can I situate this remotely via Norstar Remote Admin Tools?
 
Ok, this is where I don't have the knowledge to program the forwarding to vm. I checked your user guides but they're exactly that, for the users. I need to be able to reconfigure this attendant's set so external callers get her vm. When calling her DID.

After I've logged into the system and browse to here extension I'm not sure what to set.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
