WHEN I DO A F983 LOG 1020000 SAYS NOT ALLOUD
I HAVE RSET/PASSWORD./RESET VM STILL CANOT LOG IN.

This is what i have done in the past. Take the unit apart. Bottom right corner of the unit there are 2 leads. on the opposite site is a cap about the size of a dime black or blue in color. connect to 2 leads together for about a minute. this will reset the unit. Fair Warning. This is your responsibility if you ruin the unit.

Is this a new install? Does F981 work?
Try CONFIG as the password - if this password works then either it is a new install or your Flash reset itself and you'll have to reprogam it.

Does it say "not allowed" when trying to login, or after logging in and then trying to access AA? If the latter you either have "Lite" software or the system was originally configured with "Lite" software. Only way to fix this is with a keycode.
