first time setup of embedded voicemail

HI All, I have an ip500 with 8.0.42 loaded. I want to setup a new
embedded voicemail.

In the alarms it says, The following syatem resources are all in use. Voicemail Channels

How can I set this up to work?

Thanks for the quick response. Thats a great IPO site, way better that Avaya. Maybe Avaya should take some pointers.

I do have the essential. I thought I was going to be able copy the files from the embedded flash over to a backup and use it but it didn't work, and that was my problem. Its a security thing.
