Hi,
Help please.

F985 produces the word 'set' instead of a DN#. How do I find the DN to forward no answer?

when programming the set it wants a DN to forward to VM what number is 'set'?

It usually says "Set XXX" XXX being the digits of the vm DN. For instance on my Flash I do a Feature 985 and it says "set 269" so my forward no answer DN would be 269.

If it is just saying "set" with no digits after it then perhaps it is not connected to a working station port. Double check that there is a line cord coming from underneath the Flash and ending in a station port jack. Your DN should be that station DN. MRoberts

If the voice mail is not working, wont it say inactive feature?

I found out that if the VM is incompatible with the KSU version it just says 'set'.
