We have been searching high and low for new avaya techs for over a year now

Does anyone know of any good sites to recruit an avaya engineer ?

Have tried monster, Craigslist and a few others

We must have interviewed 20 guys that all said they have avaya experience then come to find out they helped install one once

Are you looking for local guys to just rack and stack, or a full blown tech that can do pre-sales engineering, programming, and wiring?
Might want to look into some grunt labor to do the "physical" installs, and use people around the US to do the actual install/programming remotely. That's what I do. I rarely go onsite anymore. I sit in my home office and can have 10 systems going at once because I have minions!

Most "qualified" IP Office tech's work for BP's or for themselves, there does not seem to be many out of work. Not only that, if you look for "IP office" jobs, you find hardly any. They always seem to want CM.

Yeah, we have the same problem. If a "qualified" tech doesn't already have a job, then it's suspicious.
