My Automatic attendant is not picking up. Also, when you try to check your messages you receive and "inactive feature" message. I have reset the power and nothing seems to get this up and running again. What do I have to do to fix this?? Thanks in advance.

It is the Calllpilot 150 and yes there are lights. The message light is on.

Does it show in maint. under the ports as VM.or not avaliable.

Do you mean on the display? If so, it has MSG on it, nothing else.

Try this unplug the Callpilot. Disconnect the RJ-11 Plugs and plug in a T7316 or 7310 phone to those ports, let the phone come up.Then put it back into the CP and power it back up.

First I want to tell you how thankful I am for all your help. Now, I did what you said but when I plugged up the phone nothing happened.

Either the cord is bad, if not check the crossconnect to the port.

The cord to the phone is fine. What is the crossconnect? Also, how would I know if the power supply is bad?

I am an amateur when it comes to all this so I really appreciate all the help.

You know now that I think of it. There are other things connected to the power supply and they are working fine.

Are there suppose to be any light blinking on the actual Callpilot box? If so, there are none.

If you have lights the power supply should be good. There is a problem with older Call Pilot power supplys.
But if you connected a phone to the RJ-11's and you got nothing on the phone then there is a problem with the port or wiring.Crossconnect is the wire from the punch down (66 block/110) to the jack.

The lights are not lit on the Callpilot. To be sure, the RJ 11's are the 2 ports on the right side of the callpilot, right. If there is a problem with the power supply, how do I fix that?

There is a part number on the side of it .Google it .Alot of companys sell it.

Yes the RJ-11's are next to were the power supply connects to.

Thanks guys so much for all your help. It looks like we just may need a new power supply. Thanks sooooo much!
