fast rad 2

I brought 4 fast rad 2 on ebay that will not work with mics 7.0 with pri. the did number will not answer on the units. i now know there is a frimware upgrade to fix this problem. where and how do get this firmware fix. these units were not fast rad 2 but just fast rads.
