to me it shows as a link that obviously is context sensitive, i.e. while you read a thread of some forum you get to that forums FAQ(s).
I just noticed a nice change, you can just paste in images into a post, simpler than before.
and the icon itself and it's meaning is actually older:Cox's hamburger icon saw a resurgence starting in 2009 stemming from the limited screen area available to mobile apps.
The icon was originally designed by Norm Cox as part of the user interface for the Xerox Star personal computer, introduced in 1981
