I am dialing to setup a new customer user the modem on Line 1 of IP500. I set up the Dialup connection and can get connected. I open Manager and when I attempt to pull the config, I get the box that shows the system. I check the box, enter the username and password and I get Failed to Login to IP Office. Cause (Account Locked). I have gotten this message on my first attempt to access a system and have gotten the same message for 4 different sites.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would check to make sure, via security settings, that the user is valid. Maybe also make a backdoor admin user in case things like this happen. I usually do when there are "IT guys" that can access the system.

Did you remember to check off the radio button under the "Dial-In" tab of that user account.

If all else fails use the RemoteManager account

When I connect and attempt to use the same password for RemoteManager that I used for the dialup connection, I still get Login Failed. Is the RemoteManager password different to pull that config than it is for remote access?

RemoteManager is simply used for dialing in. You need to use the Administrator/Administrator login to actually pull the config. There is no remote manager configured in security settings by default to work on the configuration...

When I attemt to use the Administrator Administrator login, I get the Failed to Login to IP Office. cause (Account Locked) message.

Then login to the security settings and see what the deal is. Create a secondary admin account maybe.

Sorry Sheldoom, I read your question and only processed half of it. AACon is correct, you need to login through security settings and either create a new login account or reset the password for the current account. Also check to make sure that the account you want to login with is allowed to login, make sure "Administrator Group" is check off.

If you can't get in to the security setting you will need to go to site and connect directly via DTE port.

The customer was able to provide us with the login info and the previous vendor had setup a new username. Thanks for all you help.
