Something happened over the weekend that is preventing me from accessing Arcserve. I'm running 11.1 build 3060. Everytime i try and open it up a screen pops up saying "Failed to create an empty document". I've never seen this before and I'm having trouble finding any info about this issue. Please help.

After installing IE7 I had many problems in my Arcserve 9 SP2. The message "Failed to create an empty document" was just one of them. One of the serious ones was that I could not perfom GFS-rotation backups any more. Removing IE7 solved everything.
