extn logout problem *36

is there any patch or fix about the 3.2.55 versions *36 extn logout and again *36 relogin problem, in 4.0.0(5) version this problem fixed.

when an extension login
dial *36 extn logout
in no user situation
if you re dial *36 the user login again , doesn't need to know the password, this is a very big bug for 3.2. versions
we don't want to upgrade 4.0 version for now.
is there any way to achieve this in 3.2 versions,

Remove *36 and put in an login button on the no user.
Also put an logout button on the users phone.

Unless i'm mistaken about your issue there is in fact no issue.

*36 will only act as a toggle for logging out AND logging in if a user is NOT an agent.

As soon as there an agent (i.e. have a login code) you cannot use *36 to log them back in again.

make the user have a login code that way the code has to be entered to log back in.
