External calling issue 1

Hi Guys, I am also one of the newbies around and need to ask a question:

I've got an extension which cannot be called from an external line/place, in the hopes of recreating the extension I exported it first.
So I deleted that extension and imported it again (note it doesn’t save the keys or voicemail settings when exporting).
I got re-registered the phone and tried calling it but it showed invalid on my side, you can call it internally and make calls from it, but cannot phone directly to it from a different place e.g. cellphone or home phone. I checked those interconnect restriction numbers and they all show not restricted.
Thinking it might have something to do with DDI/DID
Another problem now seems to be that random people’s names are disappearing off the switchboard, and then IP user licence is 17 used out of total 16 licences, so they are one over the limit…
That place must be haunted…

Any ideas on what to do to get it working?

Any help would be much appreciated!

So I've contacted the telco and they ran some tests on the PRI and cant find any errors on the line.
What do I do from here?

Do the following test for me:

At low traffic time, do the following changes on Trunk Service assignment (Trunk Attributes) for the PRI Trunks.

At present you shoud have something like absorb ? Insert ?.

Clear that and program a directory number against NON Dial-In Day, night1, night2. This will make that ALL calls coming over these PRI Trunks will ring at the directory Number you just programmmed. All DIDs will ring at the same destination.

Make a test call on the DID number that is giving us a headache, do you get the call? Does it ring at the Directory Number you just programed?

Chenge everything back to how it was, absor ? insert ?.
