External Call Redirection Costs???

Hi All

Just a quick one. I need to redirect incoming external phone calls to another external number. I'm doing this via VM Pro, where a whisper is played and then auto forwards to the external number.

I was just wondering if there will be a charge involved in the redirection from our SIP provider (BT)??

if your using your system to do the forwarding as it appears based on the above then yes yo will get charged for forwarding these calls via your lines.

Especially if VMPro is involved. Be aware that the original call is answered as soon as VMPro gets it. So the caller has to pay even if the call will never be answered.

If you are asking if there will be a specific "call forward" charge from your provider the answer is no. Since the system is redirecting the call, they will not charge you for this. You will, as stated above, be charged for the outbound call from the system depending upon how your provider charges you for outbound calls.
