I read thru tons of posts here to see if anybody has talked about my problem. There are some similar ones, but not as specific as I would have liked to see. I have a MICS Rel 7.0 T1/PRI w CP 100 Rel 3.1. My client recently switched from a Windsteam/Paetec PRI to Time Warner PRI(hybrid with Adtran router). The external call forwarding no longer works for the client. Currently, the DIDs are assigned to the various employees extensions with Ring Only - 2 Appearances. Prior to the switch over to Time Warner they would simply press F4 and enter 9 xxx-xxx-xxxx for the destination. Now the forwarding is terminated when the call hits the PRI - I get the 2-3 soft tones and then nothing. I tried R & A's for the target lines - no luck. I am curious if anybody has had similar problems and what the resolution could be. I am working with TW NOC now but I figured that I would be proactive now and see if anybody has heard of this problem. I will post resolution once I find it. They sent me a document that says I need to tell the PBX that the call needs to redirected. Huh?
