Exteranal calls not working?

Hi,

I HAVE AN EXTENSION THAT CAN BE CALLED INTERANLLY BUT WHEN YOU TRY AND CALL IT FROM AN OUTSIDE LINE IT WONT RING AND THE LINE JUST GETS WAVED OFF, ANY IDEAS?

COR AND COS ARE BOTH FINE, HAVE DUPLICATED AN EXTENSION THAT DOES WORK AND IT STILL HAS TROUBLE!?

How are you trying to access it from the outside? Is it a DID, or are you going through an Auto Attendant or a Live Attendant?

it is a DDI, im thinking the extension ive tried using are not in my DDI range and have been added at some point! changed the DDI's to ones in range and this worked
