Extension Volume on Norstar

Hi,
My customer has a MICS Relase 1 T1. If he adjusts the volume of a set while on a call, when he hangs up the volume is returned back to a standard state. Is there any way to have this volume stay at the increased level?

Goto System Programming/Receiver Volume and change it from Use sys volume to Use set volume. Just to let you know, this is a system wide change and all phones will use this setting.

Swozi2004 is correct but it is in a different spot in programming. R1T1 sw looks different:

Password: 266344

A. Configuration comes up. Press Show
1. Trk/ Line data comes up. Press Next until you see
5. Miscellaneous. Press Show.
Backgrnd music comes up. Press Next until you see
Receiver volume. Press Show. Use systm volume appears.
Press change to Use set volume.

One more thing, with the oldest sets, I've found that set volume will not stay regardless of how you set it up in programming.
