Extension vanished from BCM???

I have a user in UK whose phone extension is still functioning ext 725, but it's not working internally set to set calling. I look in Active Set DN's and it's not even there?? I'm just starting out familiarizing myself here with BCM as I have acquired the UK systems admin. Is there any way to do a retreive all, or figure out why this is no longer showing?

That is the Diagnostics Maintence Version.

As Wallyworld said click on the System tab.

Your using UM so the highest Ver you could have is 3.7,
4.0 uses EM.
