Extension still ringing after removal from Hunt Group

Have a customer that has a Norstar system (unsure of system model)

1. They do not want extension 209 to ring when someone calls the main numbers
2. They have removed Ext. 209 from the hunt groups, but calls from the CO lines still ring the extension.

What other options do i need to remove Ext. 209 from?

Remove Line Assignments for their phones.

Yes, assigning a phone to a hunt group will override whatever lines programming is on the phone. However, if the lines are set to A&R on that DN, then it will still ring as a stand-a-lone set when removed as a member.
