extension no last dial number

Can some one help me, one of our extension line doesnt have a last number i try to put that telephone in other extension there is a last number.., i think the problem is the extension line, because in other extension there is a last dial number

If you mean the phone does not have the Last Number Redial feature, then add CLS "LNA"

In the programming of the phone. Last Number Redial Allowed. One of the Features you should always remember to allow when adding a new phone to your PBX

Under the CLS programming on the phone you need to put in LNA. LND is default.

can you tell me where can i find that one step by step.. I've seen System Program but doesnt have LNA and LND
