Okay I have a conundrum whenever someone outside our organization call a particular number in our office both the attendant and the extension number rings.
At first I thought it was being forwarded but even if I un-forward calls by hitting feature # 4 it still rings on both phone.
I then thought maybe the voice mail is full so I delete the vm and reactivate it. It still rings on both phone. Please help
