Extension going to voicemail after 5:00 PM

I have a user that reports that when his extension is called after 5:00 PM it automatically forwards to voicemail. This is the only extension that reports this. Where can I look to disable this or see what is causing it?

Calls from AA or from another set or calling a direct line?
Forwards to his mailbox, AA or other?

@curlycord according to customer it is only when DID is called. Not internal.

go to his target line # in the AA and set his answer to none and now incoming calls will go to his voicemail box after the forward no answer kicks in.
 
Night service has this line in it. It has to be moved to a different ring group. Sounds like the ringing service is set to AUTO.
