I have a user that reports that when his extension is called after 5:00 PM it automatically forwards to voicemail. This is the only extension that reports this. Where can I look to disable this or see what is causing it?
Well I was thinking about F984 but was assuming the user is the one complaining or is it somebody else complaining?
F984 is designed to forward your set to voice mail so often people will use that when they leave the office.
Perhaps this is an extension that is in a ringing group that is activated when the night service starts at 5pm. Either extend its call forward-no rings interval, or disable call forward.
