When I do a prt on and extension I get the following. I would like to create an extension similar to this one but not sure where to start. The two 2616 sets that this ext appears on pick up the line when the extension is called.

The TN 36 15 is assigned to my extension. 3652 doesnt appear to be assigned to any TN or have a devive type.

That is correct, 3652 only apears on that phone as another ext. There will be no TN or device associated with it. Key 00 is the main DN of the phone and 3652 is an ext. on key 09.

to create an ext that is not assigned to key 0..

I figured it out. Now how do I make sure that when an external caller dials this number it rings at this extension?

If you are receiving 4 digits and the extension is in your DID range it should work with no problems.

if you are set up differently you might have to go to ld 49 and use your IDC table to send the calls to his extension.
