We have an Option81 running 3.5 with Call Pilot. Is there a way for a specific DN to ring longer before it goes to voicemail? Thanks in advance for any help!!

Programing would come from M1
LD 15
RDR data
CFN 0 4 rings
cfn 1 6 rings
cfn 2 8 rings

LD 11
RCO (0 1 2)
"based on peramiters you just changed in LD 15 under CFN 0, 1 , 2

A little more to it. CFN & DFN aline.

It's cofigured via the RCO (0, 1 or 2)prompt on the set.
The RCO prompt is related to the CFN0, CFN1, CFN2 and the DFN0, DFN1, DFN2.
If CFN2 and DFN2 are configured with a 9 and your set has configured with RCO 2 your phone is going to your voicemail after 9 rings

CFN0
CFN1
CFN2
DFN0
DFN1
DFN2

Are configured in LD 15 RDR datablock

Thanks for all of the help. One thing, will changing the number of rings from 4 to 9 ( for instance ) affect all of the phones on the system or can I identify a specific DN/TN?

Thanks again -

It effect's every phone with that CFN. you can do a list in LD 81 of all your phones to see how many of each CFN there are and maybe one isn't being used and then you can use that one.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

LD 81
REQ CNT
then return down to
FEAT CFN
then return down till it starts to print.

Go and download the MV.xls file. Then print and save a TNB.txt file from your system. The MV program will allow you to parse your TNB file into a usable spreadsheet for all your phones.

I identify all your telephones RCO settings, and see if any of the phones are not using one of your settings 0,1, or 2.

For instance, if RCO 2 isn't being utilized. The change DFN2 and CFN2 to '9' then change the phones that you want to have nine rings to RCO 2.
