Export Tel Directory MCD 4.1

Hello.

I have upgraded a site to MCD 4.1 (MX controllers). OPS isn't working anymore. I also use dect 4.0 whit a WMS server and a external call registration software packet. Normally ops made an export of the telephone directory every night and this was automatic imported in the WMS and de call registration software.
Is there a way to export the tel dir as a csv record automatically whit MCD4.1????
I have tryed to use a key macro, but....never works fine.

simple answer is no
Why did you upgrade to rel 4.1 if you require ops functionality?
4.1 is a halfway house release for new customers or single controllers or do not require the functions that opsman has.
Large network opsman users should be on rel 4.0 if they require directory functionality, automatic backups and exports and can then upgrade to rel 5.0 which will support these natively.

Hey Supernova,

I was already afraid for this answer.
The reason was for the SIP trunk.
There were some issues and only 4.1 supports local music on hold.

So it gone be manual export until feb 2011……:-(
