I've searched release notes and this forum and haven't found a definitive answer to what I hope is a simple question. First, the majority of my experience with IPO is 5.0 and above. I have a customer on a 406V1 running release 3 software who wants to upgrade to an IPO 500V2 on the latest software. The existing handsets are supported and a dongle swap isn't an issue. What I don't know is if best practice would be to rebuild the config or if an export/import would work. I appreciate the assistance.
