Explorer.exe problem at startup

This is the error message that keeps on prompting me even if I terminate it using task manager. This error, if you let to run will not stop on generating the same eror over and over.

"Explorer.exe has generated error and will be close by windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created"

Try booting in SAFE MODE and go to Add Remove programs, then check IE6 for removal (bet that is the IE you are having probs with button, then when you get a popup that has REPAIR IE6 ... DO that!
