I am using XP pro, and i am getting an error message that says i am using a version of Delphi which has expired. It is causing me the following problems: I can't access the internet, "my Computer", "search", or windows explorer. I also can't get into "safe mode" or the internet. In both cases; I don't have a virus. I do not know where the "Delphi" program came from either.

Try the fix here (if you can get into Safe Mode) or use it to isolate the problem program which may be the cause.

If no luck contact Delphi for help as they seem to be aware of the problem.

Thanks for the line linney. I followed it and I was able to get back into "safe mode", all of which I could not before, and then begin to repair the problem. I am copying all my files for back-up, of which I have thousands of music files, after which I will continue with you links and begin to repair the problems. Thanks to you all out there. Those were great tips, great links to repair from. I rate it all fantastic!!

You really, really should not have to restore any files. Run the Adaware or the direct edit as suggested by linney's link and you should not have to do anything else.
