Dear Expert's,

I am experiencing an issue with SIP extensions on our Unify Openscape 4000 V8 server. Despite the server and SIP IP extensions being registered correctly, the SIP phones are not functioning properly. The HFA IP phones connected to the same server and STMiX card are working fine, which indicates the problem is isolated to the SIP extensions.

Details:
- Server: Unify Openscape 4000 V8
- Issue: SIP extensions not working, but HFA IP phones are functioning correctly
- STMiX card: Same card used for both SIP and HFA IP phones
- Status: SIP IP extensions show as registered both on the server and on the phones

Steps Taken So Far:
1. Verified that the SIP extensions are correctly registered on the server.
2. Confirmed that the SIP phones show registration as "OK" on their displays.
3. Checked the STMiX card settings and configurations.

Could you please provide guidance on troubleshooting this issue further? Are there any specific logs or settings I should examine to diagnose why the SIP phones are not working while the HFA phones are?
related programing example.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
bhavesh

Dear TechnicalUser,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered with the SBCSU programming on 9th July 2024. The command "CHANGE-ZAND:OPTLOAD;" did not execute as expected and the sip ext is not working.

Could you please provide guidance on troubleshooting this issue or any necessary steps to resolve it? Any additional insights or alternative commands that could be tried would be greatly appreciated.

if posible give step by step required amo with details .

Thank you for your assistance.

Looks like the call is being rejected
Ensure that the phone has the correct
extension number, PIN if used, Registrar IP address

can you provide any manual for sip extention programing

Can you post
dis-bcsu:Tbl,1,1,2;
dis-bfdat;

Browse to the STMI, Maintenance tab.
Delete all logs.
Activate (detail) SIP Sub General problems.
Make a test call.
Load trace log.

Post trace log too.

Your extension is configured as S0PP, really should be UFIP for V8, but S0PP should still work.
Sip subscriber config is covered in Edoku, IP Solutions manual.
