Exclude Line From FMFM

Hello!

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to accommodate this setup.

I have a line (analog trunk) that I'd like to appear on a set that utilizes Find Me/Follow Me, but I don't want it to follow the FMFM rules of the DN on the set. I thought that adding the line as an Appearance Only would achieve this, but it still seems to qualify for FMFM. Is there any way to have the line appear on the set and exclude it from FMFM?

Make sure it's not in the line pool for dialling out.
Or set the line as private to that extn only..
Or put it in a different line pool.

D'oh, sorry! I forgot an important detail. I'm talking about inbound calls. Right now the voicemailbox associated with the DN of this set is configured to ring another number after 20 seconds. If possible, what I'm hoping for is the possibility of a line appearing on the set but being excluded from this.

The odd time the text appears backwards, if anyone knows why please share.

I think you need to go into an HG and assign that line then assign the HG to the set and then go into the admin/mbox of CP and tell the HG to be ignored.
Since HG is ignored by FNA make the HG Overflow the DN of CP....given you want it to end up in the mailbox.
