I realy hope some has an answer or can push me in the right direction.
We have a single SBS2003 machine which has been running OK. For no apparent reason the exchange server seams to have stopped working. If I an in the office and launch Outlook 2003. Outlook launches fine. But as outlook tryes to connect to the exchange server nothing happens. Then I get an error message saying that Outlook is trying to connect connect to " server01.Mydomain.local" but this times out. After a few mins I also get the error message "0x80040115 The connection to the exchage server is unavalable"
As an added bonus!!! I am leaving the company shortly and I beleve that one one the directotors may have been playing around on the server trying to set up some sort of security. But they all tell me this is incorrect. Could this have some thing to do with my problem?
From outside the office if I try and access OWA the logon screen appears with no problems. But when you try and log in nothing happens, no error messages.
I could realy do with a little help hear as when I leave I do not want this shadow hanging over me.
Many thanks.
